Victoria and Juan’s wedding was such a love letter to each other and their downtown Nashville home. Weddings like these are truly my favorite. As a Nashville Catholic Wedding photographer, I love when couples choose to start their marriages in the Catholic church and then also want to incorporate the vibrant and exciting energy of Nashville, TN. I could tell this was going to be a fun day when we met last summer for their engagement session and this St. Ann’s Catholic Downtown Nashville Wedding lived up to the expectation.
St. Ann’s Nashville Catholic Church Wedding Mass
We started the day with a reverent and bilingual Catholic wedding mass that honored their faith and Mexican culture. St. Ann’s always feels like a home away from home for me and I love getting to photograph there.
After Mass, we took some time for family and bridal party portraits.

We then circled back around to the sanctuary for portraits of the bride and groom. Let me tell you, St. Ann’s was showing OFF this day. We got some beautiful altar portraits and got the perfect lighting for some more dramatic bridals.
At Home Bridal Portraits in Downtown Nashville
We then took an Uber Black over to their home in The Gulch to create some portraits with their sweet pup Coco and in front of the Nashville skyline.
Wedding day McDonald’s is a must.
Catholic Wedding Reception in Nashville
We went back to the hall at St. Ann’s that Little Flower Event Co. and the Elegant Eclectic transformed into a stunning space. There everyone danced, ate dinner, relaxed, and spent lots of time celebrating the Sotos.
I love the Sotos and I loved this St. Ann’s Catholic Downtown Nashville Wedding. Nashville summer weddings are just the best.
