Road trip engagement sessions are just the best and Georgia and Enrique’s country Louisville engagement session had all the right things: corn fields, vista views, cowboy hats, big trucks, and even a new baby. I was so happy to explore the rolling landscape with them and create a country-inspired portrait session that felt authentic to their Texas roots and their new Kentucky home.

Since I had never been to this park before, I made sure to arrive a couple hours early so that I could location scout. Each new stopping point as I was driving, I got more and more excited. It was such a beautiful tract of preserved Kentucky land.

Georgia and Enrique arrived and delivered the most perfect outfits for a Kentucky engagement session.

We drove through the park, getting in and out at different spots I found. Large fields for bright smiles, stone walls for leaning, and finally an awesome shady pull off where we parked the truck and incorporated it into their story.

The best part? At the very end, getting to get a few family portraits of the two of them with their new little guy!

From their country Louisville engagement session to downtown Catholic weddings, I can’t wait to see these two (three!) again in November for their wedding at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Louisville, Kentucky.
